All the Kedah premises we've verified so far are on Langkawi, including resort spas and outlets in Kuah. The Kedah state government said in 2023 that reflexology licences won't be renewed if premises offer more than foot massage. We haven't yet verified premises in Alor Setar or Sungai Petani.
