About Iridium Spa, The St. Regis Langkawi
Iridium Spa is the resort spa at The St. Regis Langkawi on Jalan Pantai Beringin, near Kuah town on Langkawi island. It has eight private treatment suites, with a choice of single or couples' rooms.
The menu covers full-body massage, facials, body scrubs and Ayurvedic treatments, along with foot baths, steam and bath rituals, manicures and pedicures, and treatments for men. Signature journeys include Heritage Malaya, which draws on the traditional beauty rituals of the Malay sultanates using botanical ingredients, and longer multi-hour programmes that combine exfoliation, a body wrap and massage.
The spa opens daily from 9am to 9pm and treatments are by appointment, so it is best to reserve through the resort before arriving. Bookings can be made through the resort's main line.
