How to send a correction

- A link to the page concerned.
- What is wrong and what the correct information is.
- Evidence if you have it, such as a link to the official website or a photo of the shop sign.
What happens next
We check the evidence against public sources. If the correction holds up, we update the page and its check date. If the premises has closed, we remove the listing.
Removal requests from owners
Business owners can ask for their listing to be removed. Please email from an address linked to the business or include proof of ownership.
What we won't change
We don't alter summaries of public feedback simply on request, and we never accept payment to change or remove content.
